Adrienne's Flowers And Gifts proudly serving Durham Region with shops locatedin both Ajax  and Oshawa.  We are family owned and operated with a commitment to offering only the finest floral arrangements and gifts, backed by service that is friendly and prompt. Because all of our customers are important, our professional staff are dedicated to making your experience a pleasant one. That is why we always go the extra mile to make your floral gift perfect. Our shop is open from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., Monday through Friday 9:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. on Saturday.

We are closed on Sundays.

To help assure on-time delivery during the busy holiday season, place your order at least 1 day prior to the following major holidays: Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Day, New Year's Day, Valentine's Day, Easter, Administrative Professionals Week, Mother's Day, Memorial Day, Father's Day, Independence Day and Labor Day.


Our shop offers extended hours leading up to all major holidays give us a call for more information.


Our shop is closed on the following holidays: New Years Day, Family Day, Good Friday, Victoria Day, Canada Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas Day, and Boxing Day.

Delivery Policy

Delivery Policy 

At Adrienne’s Flowers , we are committed to ensuring that your floral arrangements are delivered with care and in a timely manner. Please review the following delivery policy for important information regarding our delivery services 

  1. Delivery Areas: We offer delivery services within a specified radius from our floral shop location. Please inquire with our customer service team regarding delivery availability to your desired location.  

  1. Delivery Times: Our standard delivery times are between 10:00 AM & 3:00 PM Monday to Saturday. However, same-day delivery may be available for orders placed before 10:00 AM. We do not offer delivery on Sundays. Deliveries requested on this day will be delivered the day before or the next business day after. Please note that delivery times may vary during peak seasons and holidays. We do not guarantee specific delivery times we will do our best to accomidate. Delivery requests outside of regular delivery times for example: rush delivery, scheduled delivery times or early and late delivery will be accepted at the discretion of the management team and are subject to additional charges. 

  1. Delivery Charges: Delivery charges may apply and will be calculated based on the delivery location and the size of the order. Our customer service team will provide you with the applicable delivery charges when you place your order. 

  1. Recipient Availability: It is important that the recipient or a representative is available to accept the delivery at the specified delivery address during the scheduled delivery window. If the recipient is unavailable, we will make reasonable efforts to contact them or arrange for redelivery including leaving a door tag. If you request the delivery, be left at the door Adrienne’s is not responsible for the longevity of the product as fresh flowers and plants are perishable and can be sensitive to weather. Additional charges may apply for redelivery attempts or the recipient may be asked to pick up the items from the shop. Once an item is made and delivery is attempted, Adrienne’s will not remake and redeliver if the recipient is out of town. Please ensure your recipient is able to receive the delivery prior to placing your order. 

  1. Delivery Instructions: Please provide any specific delivery instructions, such as gate codes, apartment numbers, or special delivery considerations, at the time of placing your order. We will do our best to accommodate your requests, but we cannot guarantee specific delivery times.Delivery of orders to rural route addresses or cemeteries cannot be guaranteed.

  1. Substitution Policy: In the event that a specific flower or product is unavailable due to seasonal or inventory constraints, we reserve the right to substitute it with a comparable alternative of equal or greater value.  

  1. Delivery Confirmation: Once your order has been successfully delivered, we will send a delivery confirmation email or notification to the contact information provided. If you choose not to provide an email at the time of order placement, you will not receive the delivery confirmation.

    Non local orders placed on Sunday, Holiday Times and Same Day may not be possible in the event your delivery cannot be made on the requested day we will reach out to you to let you know the soonest delivery time available. Please note there are no refunds or cancelations on orders. Due to the time sensitive nature of this business once and order is created for you it cannot be canceled.

      Substitution Policy

      Occasionally, substitutions may be necessary to create your bouquet due to the availability of certain flowers in various parts of the country. Care is taken to maintain the style, theme and color scheme of the arrangement, using flowers of equal value. Additionally, the substitution of certain keepsake items may be necessary due to increased demand, especially during major holidays. In single-flower arrangements, such as an all rose bouquet, or orchids, we will make every attempt to match the flower type, but may substitute with another color.

      Cancellation Policy

      At Adrienne's Flowers, we strive to provide fresh and beautiful floral arrangements for all our customers. Due to the perishable and time-sensitive nature of our products, we have implemented the following cancellation policy: 

      All Sales Final: Once an order is placed, it is considered final and cannot be canceled. This policy ensures that our team can promptly begin the process of creating and delivering your floral arrangement. 

      No Refunds: We regret to inform you that we are unable to offer refunds or credits for canceled orders. As our products are made-to-order and often involve sourcing fresh flowers and materials specifically for each arrangement, we incur costs immediately upon order placement.

      Exceptional Circumstances: In rare cases of documented emergencies or unavoidable events that directly impact the fulfillment of an order, we may consider cancellation requests on a case-by-case basis. However, such exceptions are at the sole discretion of Adrienne's Flowers

      Replacement Policy

      At Adrienne’s Flowers, we are committed to providing you with the freshest and highest quality floral arrangements. In the rare event that you are unsatisfied with the quality or freshness of your purchase, we offer the following replacement policy:

      Notification: Please email us at [email protected] within 48 hours of receiving your arrangement to report any quality or freshness issues.

      Photographic Evidence: We kindly request that you provide a clear photo of the arrangement showcasing the quality or freshness issue. This will assist us in assessing the situation and determining the appropriate course of action.

      Resolution: Upon receipt of your email and photo, our team will promptly review the issue and work with you to find a reasonable solution. This may involve a replacement floral or an alternative resolution based on the specific circumstances.


      Time Sensitivity: Please note that due to the perishable nature of flowers, we are unable to accept replacement requests beyond the 48-hour timeframe outlined above. After this period, flowers may be affected by care, environmental conditions, or other factors beyond our control.
